We offer weekly mindfulness meditations, book discussions, and Dharma talks each Tuesday from 7 – 8:30 p.m. All people -including newcomers- are welcome. Our format features 30 minute meditation, followed by discussion of Buddhist book or Dharma article. Once a month we feature a visiting guiding teacher, Chas DiCapua from the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA.
